We have cherry picked W Property Solutions to act as our management partner as they share the same values and level of professionalism as ourselves. They are specialists in the management field which means you won’t have an Estate Agent trying to turn their hand to something they are not equipped to deal with. All fees and monies paid to them are to be negotiated directly with them.
Fees
To remain fair to all, we charge on a percentage basis which is as follows:-
Tenant Find – 8.4% (including VAT and unlimited number of tenant references)
Full Management – 5%
All fees are based on the gross rental term and are including VAT.
